Is a non-flammable heat transfer fluid with very low global warming potential.
Possesses many of the inert and dielectric properties of perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), making them suitable for many single-phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
